A St Louis delicacy, Gooey Butter Cake is rich and sweet. I’ve adapted the cake recipe into a bite size, easy to eat, from-scratch cookie. Goes great with coffee. Can be adapted into Chocolate Gooey Butter, Pumpkin Gooey Butter and Lemon Gooey Butter. Yum!
